TCA Digital is expanding, and we’re looking for a talented Marketing Executive to join our team.

You will be either an a onsite role in Jersey (St Brelade) or remote role in South Africa (Cape Town).

You’ll play a pivotal role in designing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns to promote InsiderList (www.insiderlist.com), our award-winning compliance platform

• Build brand awareness and promote the InsiderList platform
• Develop strong relationships with target audiences and nurture customer connections
• Contribute to marketing strategies, advertising plans, and campaign execution
• Identify and leverage advertising opportunities
• Write, proofread, and refine marketing materials
• Create engaging content, including blogs and videos
• Manage social media channels effectively
• Plan and attend events such as conferences, seminars, and exhibitions
• Oversee the distribution of marketing materials
• Conduct market research, including customer surveys and focus groups
• Build and sustain relationships with internal and external stakeholders

• Excellent written English skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Proven success in a marketing role or a similar position
• Strong knowledge of market research techniques and data analysis
• Proficiency in social media and web analytics tools

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing
