We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Product Designer to join our team. As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for designing and refining products that meet the needs of our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centered design solutions that enhance user experience and drive business success.

You will be involved in a variety of projects, so the ideal candidate should be flexible, innovative, and able to adapt quickly to new challenges and methodologies.

• Design and refine user-centered products that align with business goals and user needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, and stakeholders, to define, design, and iterate on product features.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and insights for improving product designs.
• Ensure designs are visually appealing, consistent, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Continuously research and stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies to enhance design quality and efficiency.

• Proven experience in product design, including UX/UI design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and final products.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Ability to effectively communicate design ideas and rationale to team members and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in product design.
