TCA advises JTC PLC on acquisition of NES Financial

TCA, a leading professional services firm, is pleased to announce its role as strategic advisor to JTC PLC in their recent acquisition of NES Financial (NESF), a US -based tech enabled provider of specialist fund administration services.

Established in 2005, NESF employs 58 professionals who have now joined JTC, delivering services from their offices in Boston, Massachusetts, and San Jose, California. NESF offers fund administration, treasury, and related services to a diverse client base, including private equity, real estate, and debt funds.

The acquisition of NESF aligns with JTC's growth strategy and underscores its commitment to expanding its Institutional Client Services (ICS) business in the United States, and investing in technology capabilities to drive future growth and operational efficiency.
